The best way to get real time delivery information, request changes to your scheduled delivery, and contact the shipping provider for your order is to use their native platforms – FedEx Delivery Manager or UPS My Choice.

Both programs are free to register and use and will provide the most accurate and up to date information regarding your deliveries. Your recipients can also use these programs to better understand when to expect deliveries.
