We currently ship to most residential and commercial addresses in the contiguous 48 US states. We do not deliver to PO Boxes, military bases, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international locations.

Log in at your account and click on the order. Scroll down to “Print Receipt” to get a digital or printed copy including order details, prices, and gift message.

None of our floral arrangements are considered pet safe. Many bouquets contain toxic stems and are treated with chemicals. Always keep all fresh or dried flowers and plants out of reach of pets and small children.

We recommend trimming stems so flowers sit 1–2" above the vase lip and removing foliage below the water line. Let the natural shapes of the flowers guide you, give your arrangement a quick zhuzh and you're ready to go! For some other arranging recommendations, check out styling tips here.

All sales are final except in the case of damage. For orders that arrived damaged: Please submit a claim within 72 hours of delivery (5 days for peonies) with photos. Subscriptions are nonrefundable. Submit a claim here.
