Are there any promo code or discount exclusions?Updated 2 days ago
A few items are excluded from promo and discount codes:
- Subscriptions
- Peonies
- Wreaths
- Orders containing specialty partner items — Wine, Levain Cookies, Roe Caviar, Brightland olive oil, Boarderie charcuterie boards, and Vosges Haut-Chocolat
A few things to know:
- Most codes are one-time use. Once you've used a promo code, it can't be applied to future orders — so if you're planning multiple purchases, use it on the order where it'll save you the most.
- Only one discount per order. Promo codes can't be stacked with other promo codes, sale prices, or free-shipping offers. If you apply a promo code to a bouquet that's already discounted, the promo replaces the original discount rather than adding to it — so whichever saves more is usually the one to use.
- Loyalty rewards are separate. Promo codes can't be combined with loyalty point redemptions on the same order.
- Forgot to apply a code? No worries — reach out to our Happiness Team within 24 hours of placing the order and we can refund the equivalent of the promo code.
