- Snake plants (Dracaena trifasciata / Sansevieria trifasciata ) are very low maintenance & great beginner plants
Light: Snake plants can tolerate a variety of light levels from very low light to bright, indirect light; direct sun can burn these plants.
Water: Snake plants should only be watered when soil is completely dry – this can sometimes mean that 4 - 6 weeks will pass between waterings. Don’t panic, and ere on the side of less water over more. - Snake plants are not pet-safe.
- Fun fact: Snake plants are sometimes called “Mother in Law’s Tongue”!
